Andrushchak Marta
Born in Lviv. She started learning to play the piano at the age of four. In 2002 she graduated with honors from the
Lviv Solomiia Krushelnytska Specialized Music Boarding School, piano class of the Honored Artist Professor M. Krykh-Uhliar. Since 2002 till 2007 she studied at the Piano Faculty of the Lviv National Music Academy under the guidance of Docent O. Pylatiuk. In 2012 she graduated from the Lviv Lysenko National Music Academy, class of the Honored Artist Professor M. Krykh. In 2009 she got the Ministry of Culture of Poland "Gaude Polonia" scholarship for improving her skills in the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice (Poland) under the guidance of one of the most influential and respected professors in the world Andrzej Jasinski.
In January 2010 she was awarded the main prize "Golden Parnassus" at the V International Piano Forum «Bieszczady bez granic» in Sanok (Poland). She is a laureate of international competitions and national festivals, namely the First International Piano Competition Farbotony (2003 Kaniv, Ukraine), IV and V A. Aliieva International Piano Competitions (2004, 2006, Hayard, France), III Lysenko International Piano Competition (2007 Kyiv, Ukraine), X M. Yudina International Piano Competition (2008, Saint Petersburg, Russia), X International Ciano Competition "Citta si Pinerolo" (2010 Pinerolo, Italy), XX Young International Competitions Winners Festival (2010, Katowice, Poland), III Festival for Disabled "Art of Integration" (2012, Warsaw, Poland), and the festival KarpatyArt (2012 Yaremche, Ukraine), XIX Festival "Contrasts" (2012, Lviv, Ukraine), Festival "Bukovina Fall 2012" (Chernivtsi, Ukraine).
She also took part in the International Summer Academy, class of Professor D. Bashkirov (2008, Salzburg, Austria) and got master classes from the internationally renowned pianists Peter Bradley-Fulgoni (UK, Italy), Zbigniew Raubo (Poland), Irina Rumiantseva (Russia - Poland), Eugen Indjic (USA). In addition to the above she carries out active concert activity.
Performs in tours both in solo and ensemble performance, and accompanied by a symphony orchestra in Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, France and Switzerland.
She currently continues her education under the guidance of professor A. Jasinski and teaches piano at a Secondary Music School in Ruda Slaska (Poland).
She collaborates with the concert agency Dagmara Piasecka, “Silesia” agency, and the Cultural Development Foundation of the Transcarpathian region of Poland. She lives in Wroclaw (Poland).
