Dynak Zofia

Zofia Dynak started learning to play the piano at the age of six. In 2010 graduated with honours from Ryszard Bukowski Secondary Music School in Wrocław where she studied in the class of Olga Rusina. She is a graduate of  the Academy of Music in Wrocław where she studied under prof. Zbigniew Faryniarz. Zofia developed her professional skills during numerous master classes with many outstanding pianists-pedagogues: Dina Yoffe, Mamiko Suda, Andrzej Pikul, Andrzej Jasiński, Włodzimierz Obidowicz, Orla McDonagh, Alexei Orlovetsky, Mikhail Voskresensky, Aleksander Mazdykow, Biljana Jasic Radovanovic, Mikhail Markov, Muriel Chemin, Peep Lassmann, Silke-Thora Matties, Urszula Bartkiewicz, Rita Kinka, Aleksandra Zvirblyte, Eugen Indijc.

 

She has been awarded 3rd prize in the XVIII International Piano Cometition „Citta di Barletta”(Barletta, Italy, 2008), 2nd prize in the VII International Piano Cometition „Pia Tebaldini” (Brescia,Italy, 2009), honorable mention in the VI Nationwide Chopin Festival (Konin, Poland, 2009), five special prizes in the IX International Piano Forum (Sanok, Poland, 2014), honorable mention inthe XV International Juliusz Zarębski Music Competition in the category for chamber ensembles (Warsaw, Poland, 2015), a special prize in the XI International Piano Forum (Sanok, Poland, 2016), 2nd prize in the 2016 London Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition and a special prize for the best performance of a piano concerto in the XII International Piano Forum (Sanok, Poland, 2017).

 

She took part in many concert cycles and festivals, such as „Premia Filharmonii Łódzkiej” (Łódź,Poland, 2009), „Young Pianists Play Chopin” (Wrocław, Poland, 2010), „Young Talents at theChopin's Museum” (Warsaw, Poland, 2013), „The Youth’s Wednesday” (NOSPR, Katowice, Poland 2016), “Festival of Polish Pianism” (Słupsk, Poland, 2016). She performed in Poland, Germany, Italy, France and England.

She has participated in materclasses with: Dina Yoffe, Mamiko Suda, Andrzej Pikul, Andrzej Jasiński, Włodzimierz Obidowicz, Orla McDonagh, Aleksey Orlovetsky, Mikhail Voskresiensky, Aleksandr Mazdykov, Biljana Jasic Radovanovic, Mikhail Markov, Peep Lassman, Silke-Thora Matties, Rita Kinka, Muriel Chemin, Aleksandra Zvirblyte, Eugen Indijc, Viera Nosina.

 

She received a scholarship of the President of Wrocław (2008, 2009) and a scholarship for thebest students at the Academy of Music in Wrocław (2014-2016).
