Stefan Pilcer  -  doctor of technical science (since 1974), graduate and lecturer of Wroclaw Technical University. Piano tuner since 1985.

In 1989, 1992 and 1996 participated in courses for tuners organised in Warsaw by the Association of Polish Artists Musicians and the Steinway & Sons manufacturer w Hamburg, and in 1996 in Bydgoszcz and in 1997 in Hamburg did internship in Steinway & Sons factory.

Dr Stefan Pilcer cooperates as a freelance piano tuner with Wroclaw Philharmonic and Wroclaw Polish Radio since 1989 and with Academy of Music in Wroclaw since 1999.

Cooperates continuously with the F. Liszt Society since 1989 taking care of our Steinway grandpianos in the Music and Literature Club. He was the main tuner during all our piano courses and competitions. Also prepared pianos for the concerts of the Society.
